Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Delia, she is a 6-month old spayed female. She is current on her vaccines and microchipped.
Delia is a front paw polydactyl!! If you look closely at her photos you'll see all her extra toes!
Delia will need plenty of time to adjust in a new home, and is looking for a home that will understand her. She isn't a big fan of body handling and will likely never be a lap cat, but she will come and sit by your feet and play with her toys and feline friends openly. Delia is a very food motivated kitty and allows pets while eating, she LOVES Churu treats, and they will definitely help build trust between Delia and her new human.
Delia is a shy young lady who does startle easily at times from fast movements and loud noises he is looking for a calmer and quieter home with a cat savvy family where she can continue to come out of her shell. So, she is looking for a family with older children at least 10 years of age or older who won't chase or scare her.
She is much more outgoing and confident with another feline friend right by her side, so she is required to go to a home with another cat. She may do ok with other calm and respectful pets in the home given very slow and proper introductions to one another.
If you are interested in adopting, start by filling out an application on our website and email it to frontdesk@couleehumane.com OR you can print and drop off in person: https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal?rq=application
