Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Raye was born around 5/8/24. She was raised by a volunteer at a S IL shelter after she was found outside, alone, at about 3 weeks old. She is a love.
She is a girl with a healthy set of lungs as she has a lot to say!
Before she came to us, she had either an injury or bad eye infection to her right eye. We tried various treatments and sadly, the damage has been done. She has scars on her cornea to her lens. They cannot be healed. This causes a shadowy patch on her eye. Our vet feels she can see from this eye, but probably shadows.
Regardless, she is an awesome girl and this does not slow her down at all. Loves to be petted - her fur is as soft as a bunny! Lives to purr and make muffins.
Raye is currently hanging out with some of our other adoptable cats at the West Dundee Petco cat adoption room. Come and meet her!
If you are interested in adopting Raye, please fill out our online adoption application at www.aheartforanimals.org under Adopt
The adoption fee for youngsters 6-12 months is $225 and includes rabies and FVRCP vaccinations, FIV/FeLV combo test, deworming, flea/tick preventative, microchip, and spay/neuter.
The adoption fee for 2 youngsters adopted together at the same time is $400.
