Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet CHIPI – The Sweetest Gentleman!
Chipi has just arrived from the sunny streets of Mexico, where he was rescued by a kind-hearted woman who dedicates her life to saving animals in need. At 10 years young, this poodle mix is proof that age is just a number! Chipi is healthy, full of life, and has a little spunk to match his gentle soul.
Adjusting to Canada’s chilly winter has been a bit of a shock for Chipi—he’s not a fan of the cold (and really, who is?). But he’s already settling in beautifully with his foster dad.
So far, Chipi has shown himself to be:
Friendly, Sweet, and Loving – He adores cuddles and thrives on affection.
Quiet and Easy-Going – The perfect lap dog who loves to relax with you.
Playful – Chipi had fun with a ball, showing he’s still young at heart.
Dog-Friendly – He’s great with other dogs according to the rescuer in Mexico.
Since Chipi is still decompressing from his big journey, he hasn’t been out for walks just yet. But his foster dad is taking things slow, ensuring Chipi feels safe and loved as he adjusts to his new life.
Chipi would make an ideal companion for a retired person or couple looking for a loyal, loving friend. He’s ready to spend his golden years in comfort and luxury, bringing so much joy and love to his future family.
Are you the one to give Chipi his forever home? Apply now through Just Paws and make this sweet boy’s dreams come true!
Chipi is being fostered in Scarborough.

As my foster family gets to know me my profile can change and will be updated accordingly. Check back often for details! An application for me can be found at www.justpaws.ca.
Just Paws is located in the Greater Toronto Area of Ontario, Canada. We do not adopt out of province or country.
Please note that although many of our dogs get along with children, we are not able to adopt to any household with kids under the age of 8 years old. This is a stipulation of our insurance and is not a reflection on suitability of the potential adopter.

Our mission is to rescue and rehome unwanted, abandoned, abused and unloved pets that find themselves alone and frightened in shelters. These animals give unconditional love and should receive the same love back. Unfortunately there is a need and while ever there is a need we will be there to help. Our long term goal is to build towards the opening of our own shelter and be able to help with behavioral issues, special needs, and to offer a haven to less adoptable pets. We are always very thankful for any pet related donations to assist the animals in our care
