This beauty is Benzie! She arrived at the shelter with her bestie/sister, Cass, on 12/15, and sadly, no one has come to reclaim them. These girls are now hoping for a new, loving forever home for the howlidays! Both ladies are super sweet and friendly. They're everything young dogs should be: playful, curious, and fun-loving. The volunteers describe them as eager to please and attentive to the people around them. While they can be adopted separately, they seem to really enjoy each other's company. Cobb County Animal Services was established in 1971. As part of Cobb's Department of Public Safety, we serve the entire county, protecting the residents and animals of Cobb.
The mission of the Cobb County Animal Services Unit is to enforce state laws and county ordinances pertaining to animal control and management; educate the community on responsible pet ownership and wildlife care and provide housing and care for homeless animals, while coordinating their adoptions when possible and humane euthanization when adoptions are not possible.
