My name is Diesel!

Diesel is a gentle giant. He was the only pup in his litter. He is an 8 year old, pure bred, Rhodesian Ridgeback. Purchased from a licensed breeder. He had been placed with someone before us. We acquired him at about a year old. He is nice and friendly but is fearful of small children, but he’s perfect for a family with older children or someone looking for a loyal companion. He is low-key. He is a selective barker. If he is barking there is a stranger or critter around or he wants to come in. He’s pretty mellow. He is comfortable indoors or out. He generally slept outside. He grew up with a Doberman and has spent some time around other dogs without a problem. He mostly stayed at home.

We are relocating and downsizing and cannot accommodate a large dog. We just want to find him a good home.
