Hello! My name is Kian. I came to RASKC as a stray and now I`m looking for my new home!
I`m a pretty frightened pup in the shelter and may not have had the best socialization in my prior home. Little is known about my past so it`s best to assume that everything is new to me! I`ve made great strides in the shelter and am able to walk on leash and accept some petting. I am definitely on the road to becoming a happy, social dog, I just need a family that can go at my pace. I am most likely to succeed in an adult only home where my boundaries can be easily understood and respected.
I am 57lbs and am considered a large breed dog. I am 10 months old and likely to stay around my current size.
I am a gentle and loving dog who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might take some time to warm up. I would do best with a family who is willing to work with me and help me become the best dog I can be!
My caregivers have noticed that I seem to do well with other dogs. When meeting dogs in a new home, I would do best with a slow introduction.
