Meet Luna, a youthful spirit who can`t wait to bring joy to your home. She`s a bit on the shy side, but don`t let that fool you. Given a little time and patience, Luna`s playful nature comes shining through. She loves a good game of fetch, but she`s equally content with a quiet cuddle on the couch. Luna is friendly to everyone she meets, making her the perfect companion for a family of any size. Her sweet nature and playful disposition are sure to win over even the hardest of hearts. Why should you adopt Luna? Because every home needs a little moonlight.

More about this shelter
We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
