Frasier is an adorable and super sweet male tabby kitten who loves so sit on your chest to snuggle. He is very brave and very playful! This sweet little guy came to Heartland from Chicago Animal Care and Control along with his 3 siblings where they were turned in as found strays. All 4 kittens are doing wonderful and currently thriving in their amazing foster home!
