These cuties were found in a desolate area of Tecate, Mexico roaming with their mom. It’s clear they had been dumped and were fending for themselves. Thankfully our Mexico contact reached out for help, and we had an open foster to take in all 9 puppies and mom! Carmen, Catalina, Lupita, Margarita, Maya, Nacho, Oso, Pablo & Tecate are about 12 weeks old and we’ve started their initial vetting to prepare them for adoption. They are a gorgeous group with colors varying grey, brindle, black and some with light colored eyes. We are guessing the mix is Lab/Weimaraner/Pittie mix. They are super sweet puppies and are going to make wonderful family members. We expect them to mature in the 50 – 60 lb range when full grown. The perfect size!

Adoption fee is $400 and includes registered microchip, first DHP vaccine, deworming, flea treatment and spay/neuter.

If interested in one of our adoptables, we ask that you fill out our adoption application which can be found on our website at: www.lovebugsrescue.org

After we receive your application we will contact you to talk with you regarding the pet and answer any questions you have.

If both parties agree, a meet and greet can be set up so that you can see the pet in person. These will typically take place in the adopters home so that the pet may meet the other family members and pets in the household.

If both parties agree, an adoption can take place at that meeting. An adoption contract is signed and adoption fee paid. An adoption fee will range from $150 - $500.

We are a foster based animal rescue located in Southern California. Our goal is to work with local animal shelters that are overpopulated so we may lessen the amount of animals being euthanized unnecessarily. We are 100% volunteer based.
