My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Are you ready for a clue-tastic adventure? Then look no further than Blues and Clues, the adorable, shy-but-sweet brother duo who are learning to trust and paws-itively ready to be your best friends!

Like a real-life mystery, these two may take a little time to warm up, but with patience, love, and a sprinkle of confidence, they'll soon be the detectives of your heart. Together, they're the perfect pair-quiet, observant, and always a little curious, like the ultimate team of feline sleuths.

Though they may start off on the shy side, don't let their initial hesitation fool you-Blues and Clues are quick to pick up on clues of affection and will reward you with gentle purrs and those irresistible kitten eyes once they know they can trust you. Whether they're playing with a toy, curling up for a nap together, or solving the case of the missing treats, they're sure to bring joy and purr-sonality to your life.

So, if you're ready to be part of their heartwarming mystery, step into their world and help Blues and Clues uncover the secret to unconditional love.

Because "Everybody's looking for Blues-Clues!"

The BC SPCA is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and enhancing the quality of life for domestic, farm and wild animals in British Columbia. Through its locations and operations across the province the BC SPCA provides emergency medical care and sheltering for more than 37,000 animals each year. The society also conducts more than 4,600 cruelty investigations and provides a wide range of advocacy and education programs for domestic, farm and wild animals through its Provincial Office.

Our mission, vision and charter is at the heart of all we do to rescue, protect and care for animals. It is also the driving force behind our animal welfare and education programs.

Our Charter:

The BC SPCA Charter is the foundation that guides the work we do:

Whereas:

The world is inhabited by many species sharing a common ecosystem of air, earth, and water. We recognize and value our interconnectedness with all animals.

Therefore:

The BC Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is dedicated to protecting and enhancing the quality of life for the animals of the world we share.

We pledge our energies to inspire and mobilize society to create a world in which all animals, who depend on humans for their well-being, experience, as a minimum, five essential freedoms:

1. Freedom from hunger and thirst

2. Freedom from pain, injury, and disease

3. Freedom from distress

4. Freedom from discomfort

5. Freedom to express behaviours that promote well-being.
