Zoolander, a 7 month old, 40-pound mixed breed, was recently returned to us by the family who adopted him. Understandably, he was anxious and confused when he arrived back at our ranch because he had just lost his home and family.
The family surrendered him due to his nippy behavior with their children, but they were unwilling to work with a trainer to address it. Zoolander was simply being a typical puppy, but he didn’t have anyone willing to help him learn and redirect him. Now, he sits at our ranch, wondering what went wrong. Zoolander has been extremely sweet with everyone he has met at our ranch and we are DESPERATE to get him into a home.
To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!
