Kiera and Kona are resilient husky mixes who have overcome tremendous odds after being rescued from a flooded home in Tennessee following Hurricane Helene, where they were saved from the rising waters on a life raft. These sweet girls are now thriving in New York, where they are enjoying their snowy landscape, wagging their tails, licking up snow, and playing like puppies. They are not only loving companions who enjoy singing the songs of their people, but they also walk well on a leash, making walks a delightful experience. Both girls are good with kids and other dogs, though they prefer a cat-free home. While they can be adopted separately, they would make a wonderful pair for someone looking to welcome two lovable companions into their life. ADOPTION FEES (Subject to Change)

●All DOGS (over 6 months): $230.00
Adoption fee includes spay and neuter fee and sometimes microchip. Also included is the veterinary care to date: rabies vaccination, distemper vaccination, general de-worming, and treatment of fleas (if necessary.)

●PUPPIES (under 6 months): $230.00
Adoption fee includes a $35.00 deposit which is refundable once the dog is spayed or neutered. Also included is the veterinary care to date: rabies vaccination (if age appropriate,) distemper vaccination, general de-worming, and treatment for fleas (if necessary.)

●SENIOR DOGS: $150 Dogs over the age of 6.

●SPAYED AND NEUTERED KITTENS (under 8 months): $95.00
Adoption fee includes spay/neuter fee and the veterinary care to date, which includes rabies vaccination, distemper vaccination, FIV and Feline Leukemia testing, treatment for fleas and ear mites (if necessary,) and general de-worming.

●ADULT CATS AND UN-SPAYED/UN-NEUTERED KITTENS: $75.00

*Adopting 2 kittens together will be $20 off the regular adoption fee.

*All adopters receive a free vet visit that will last 14 days after the adoption date.
