Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Likes: head and neck scratches, cuddles, sleeping on his human’s back.
Dislikes: sudden movements and being approached quickly.
What would be the ideal home? A home that is pretty quiet, where he has the opportunity to settle in at his own pace. He is pretty independent, but also likes to be close by, so a home where there is usually somebody around that he can observe and ask for cuddles from would be perfect!
Good with other cats? Unknown.
Good with dogs? Unknown.
Good with children? Unknown, but likely older children as he’s pretty easygoing.
Personality: Eren is very shy, but once he is feeling comfortable he’s super sweet and cuddly. When he’s close by, he is a very happy cat, and will purrr when being pet or picked up. However, he can be quite chatty when he wants attention. Sometimes, if you stop petting him while cuddling, Eren will nibble on your nose to seek more pets. He will play with toys independently, often carrying them around the house in his mouth, and bringing them to his hiding spots.
How long will it take to settle into a new environment? Eren will likely take 3-4 weeks to settle into a new environment. During this time, he will want to spend time in his carrier in a small, low traffic room, but eventually he will explore the house and find a hiding spot under a bed or is a space where he feels safe, but can still observe everything that is going on around him.
Any special needs or traits an adopter should know? Eren will definitely require time to settle in, however, once he does, he is the sweetest boy who cannot get enough attention!
Medical: On a gastro diet
