Meet Clyde, a sweet and lovable 2-year-old pup weighing in at 35 pounds! This charming boy is looking for a cozy home to help him recover from an infected surgical site. Despite his current setback, Clyde’s gentle nature and loving personality shine through. He’s ready to be pampered and cared for as he heals and gets back to his playful self. If you’re looking for a devoted companion to help him through his recovery, Clyde would be so grateful to have you by his side! Clyde is in need of a foster home while he awaits further medical treatment.
Foster Reason: Infected Surgery Site
Foster Time Frame: Will be due for a recheck 12/23 & medical will determine next steps needed. Foster time frame could be longer depending on future medical results and needs.
Foster Care Plan: Clyde saw our dedicated medical team due to an infected surgery site. He has started on some medication to fight this & will need daily cleaning of the site. He is also fitted with a cone to ensure he does not mess with the site. He will have a medical consult upon pickup and the Operation Kindness Foster Team will supply all items necessary for a successful foster journey.
Foster to Adopt Program: Clyde is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption.
