My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zoom zoom! I’m Porscha, a stylish black-and-white tuxie girl with an outgoing and curious purrsonality. My siblings and I were found in a carrier along Highway 46, but now I’m ready to leave the fast lane and park in my fur-ever home — and I can’t imagine that home without my brother, Furrari! We’re a bonded pair, and we’re looking for a special home where we can stay together.

Recently, Furrari and I faced a health challenge. Fortunately, HART staff gave us all the TLC we needed and we’re now perfectly healthy and expected to live long and happy lives. Due to our unique journey, we’re looking for a home that meets specific needs: one where it’s just us. No other cats or dogs, no very young children, and no one who is immunocompromised. Trust us, we’ll be all the love and excitement you’ll ever need!

I’m the ultimate helper and companion. Whether you’re working on a project, reading a book, or just relaxing, I’ll be right there with you. I love being where my people are, making sure I’m part of the action and adding a touch of feline charm to everything you do. I love playing with Furrari, chasing toys, and zooming around, but I’m just as happy curling up next to you when it’s time to relax.

HART staff would love to talk with you about our unique situation, so please reach out at (805) 927-7377 and ask about us. Don’t miss out on a sweet and spirited duo! Start your engines and adopt us today!

More about this rescue

HART is a hands-on volunteer organization working to make a difference in our community of San Luis Obispo County by rescuing abandoned animals, trapping and neutering stray and feral cats, and fostering sick and needy animals until we can find the best matched homes for them. Our unique cage-fee shelter allows cats to roam freely and socialize with each other. We are a no-kill shelter.
