My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dizzy was adopted at 9 months from a shelter outside of Kalispell, MT in 2018.

Female, fixed, 85#
She’s had training for basic commands, but her recall in wide open spaces was never dialed in.
She’s great with our son who’s now 3 years old.

She’s our trail companion and loves to be free. She requires a lot of exercise, and when she gets what she needs, she’s an awesome dog.

She’s not destructive to anything in the house.

We’ve moved a lot with her- MT>CA>WA

We bought a home in Twisp, WA and it’s the first time we’ve lived in a neighborhood in close proximity to others. She’s been able to get out and run around the neighborhood, and that bothers our neighbors with chickens. When she sees deer, she doesn’t come back until she’s ready.
We’re both working parents and we believe Dizzy would be happier with an active person/couple/family who are diligent with behavioral training and getting her what she needs- daily exercise and affection.
