NOT YET TAKING APPLICATIONS – NOT YET AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION

NEW INTAKE 12/20/2024:  Bethany - female - 7 years old - 19.12 pounds - Boston Terrier

Reason for intake:  Bethany came to us from animal control.  She came to them in horrible shape, emaciated, and with urine stains from being contained in her own excrement.  They were finally able to release her and contacted us for assistance.  We took her in.  She's heading to our vet after Christmas to get what she needs.  In the meantime, she is on antibiotics and medicated baths to help with the skin.  She's the sweetest despite her past.  Stay tuned.

NOT TAKING APPLICATIONS:  Many dogs, particularly breeder, hoarder or senior dogs, can have multiple medical issues that need addressed.  Additionally, sometimes we take in young puppies requiring multiple vaccinations and/or quarantining.   In this particular case, we are not yet taking applications either due to age or possible illness or some other reason.  We will post when s(he) is ready for adoption.  In the interest of fairness, EARLY application submissions will NOT be considered.  Please note…  we cannot respond to messages/emails, etc., on dogs that are NOT yet available for adoption.  Please wait until the dog is available for adoption.  We will post him or her on Facebook in our Adoptable Dog Album pinned to the top of our page which you can follow at this link:  https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.416768288349589&type=3 OR you can keep checking our website at www.roadtorescuela.org.  We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
