My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chinook and Juneau were found as strays. Chinook was pregnant and gave birth to adorable puppies in our care. Chinook and Juneau are bonded and Juneau is likely her daughter. We would love to adopt them as a pair. Both girls are extremely sweet and get along with all dogs. They are now both spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines.

More about this rescue

The mission of the Raise the Bar-N Foundation is to rescue, care for, and provide compassion to abused and neglected animals, educate the community about responsible pet ownership, and provide opportunities to children and adults with disabilities. We strive to give the voiceless a voice.

My husband and I have been rescuing for years. We also do a great deal with the autism/special needs community. We are hoping to save more animals and help build bonds between animals and children with disabilities. My husband is a firefighter and ex-professional hockey player. I am an expert working with children with disabilities, especially autism. I am passionate about giving the voiceless a "voice".
