Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Remi is the SWEETEST BOY!

He is 4 1/2 months old and looks to be a long haired Chihuahua and/or Papillon mix. He currently weighs 7 pounds. We do not think that he will get over 12-15 pounds when full grown.

He is very sweet, but high energy! He loves to play all day and then sleep hard! He loves to play with his foster siblings and would love a young housemate to play with, but it’s not required for him. He is almost potty trained. He is ok in a crate, but he would rather be out and about.

We recommend that a family has a fenced in yard- He thinks when you go to pick him up, it is a game of "catch me if you can"!

Remy is good with older kids. He learning how to walk on a leash and so far is doing ok.

Once approved and you agree the pet is right for you, sign the contract, pay the adoption fee and take your new family member home!

The Fayette County Humane Society (FCHS), staffed entirely by volunteers, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported entirely by individual and corporate donations. Because we do not have a shelter, all of the animals we rescue live in temporary foster homes until they are adopted.
