Meet Milo Otis: A Sweet, Energetic Pup Looking for his forever home!

Hi,

My name is Milo Otis, but you can call me Milo! I'm a 3-year-old little guy with a big personality. Though I am a bit skinny right now, I have tons of energy and love discovering new things! I might look like a Shih Tzu, but my foster thinks I am more of a Lhasa Apso because I'm a little bigger with a longer snout. And check out my cute underbite. My teeth are always showing!

I weigh about 14 pounds and am almost solid black, but my hair was cut short, so we are not sure what color it will be when it grows back. I am a huge fan of food and treats, so don't worry I am easy to please!

I am getting settled into my foster home, but I've been really nice to the 3 small dogs that live here. I get super excited when they play, but I haven't quite joined in yet. I am still recovering from being neutered, so I'm taking it easy for now, but I love exploring the fenced yard and had a blast going for a walk around an outdoor mall. I got to meet lots of people, which was super fun, though I didn't get to buy anything!

I am a dream in the car, and I absolutely love my crate when it is time to rest. I'm really looking for a forever home where I can be loved and cared for as I go through treatment for heartworm disease. If you have the time and can take me through the process, I promise you'll get an amazing, sweet companion in return.
