Age: ~ 5 months (as of 12/15/2024)
Weight: 15 lbs (as of (12/15/2024)
This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped.
Meet Sissy, a puppy who's a sweet blend of shy and playful. We are thinking pretty Sissy is a Lab and Jack Russell Terrier mix. She might be a bit timid when you first meet her but give her a moment and she'll soon be nuzzling into your side, her tail wagging with pure joy. Sissy's personality is a delightful mix of gentle and goofy. She's the kind of dog who'll surprise you with her smarts, figuring out how to open doors or fetch your slippers. But she's also the kind of dog who'll make you laugh, chasing her own tail or tripping over her own paws.
Sissy’s foster mom says she is wicked smart and is already crate trained and coming along nicely with house training and walking on the leash but still needs a bit more practice. She loves everyone she meets but we don’t know how she is with kids but think she will be fine as she so gentle. Basic group training classes is recommended to help her learn commands, socialize with other humans and dogs, as well as build that fur-ever bond with you!
Sissy is full of love and life, and she's looking for a forever home where she can share all that she has to offer. If you're looking for a loyal friend who'll always be there to brighten your day, Sissy could be the perfect match for you.
An adoption donation is required for each adoption; please see HERE for more information about this.

**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
