Fei is a gentle and loving 1-year-old mixed breed who has overcome a tough start in life. Rescued from an abuse case, she’s now seeking a patient and understanding family to help her build trust and confidence. While she may take some time to warm up, once Fei feels comfortable, she’ll be your loyal companion, following you wherever you go. She loves walks, playtime, and relishing in her newfound freedom. With love and patience, Fei will blossom into a playful, affectionate, and devoted friend. She's ready to start a new chapter with her forever family!

Our adoption requirements are as follows:

We encourage that all members of the family come and visit with the animal (especially children). We do not adopt pets as gifts.

Homes that currently own one or more dogs and are looking for another will have to complete a dog meeting to ascertain compatibility.

More about this shelter

At Darbster Rescue, our goal is to place kittens, cats, and dogs with great, forever homes in New England. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH. We are here to help everyone look for the perfect match for themselves and their family.
