Hi there, I am Fritter! I am just a kitten, but I am full of love and curiosity. I am as sweet as my name suggests and I am quite the social butterfly. I am gentle ,mellow, and smart too. I love to play, explore and cuddle. I promise to be your loyal friend. I do have a playful side though, and I will need another kitten to keep me company. Oh, and I have a little secret- I have a taste for people food. I promise not to eat too much, but I might sneak a bite here and there. I am just looking for a loving home where I can be myself and share my love. Adopting me means gaining a friend who will always be there for you, ready to play , cuddle, or just hang out . Since we make a lifetime commitment to any animal that comes into our program, we only adopt out animals to people in our area..

If you are interested in adopting a CAWS cat or dog, please fill out the online application at http://www.caws.org/application/, email adopt@caws.org or call 328-4731. For the most timely response applying online is recommended.

We respond as quickly as possible but as we are a volunteer based organization and do not have full time staff, we respond as quickly as possible.

CAWS does not have a conventional shelter facility - all CAWS animals waiting for adoption are in foster homes. The number of animals we can help find new homes for is closely linked to how many CAWS foster homes are available. CAWS volunteers bring cats and dogs to the PetSmart near 2100 South and 300 West in South Salt Lake on the third and fourth weekends of each month

We are also at the Sugarhouse PETCO (1165 Wilmington Ave) the first Saturday of each month.
