Sage is a sweet, lovable companion who is looking for his forever home. He recently lost his dad after he passed away and the lady in the home took him to the shelter for euthanasia instead of keeping him where he was comfortable and familiar with his surroundings. We would love to see him in a new loving home since he has a lot of life left to live.

Sage is great with kids, super food motivated, and a total pro on a leash—walks and naps are his favorite! He’s a calm senior and laid-back by nature but don’t be fooled, when it’s playtime, he’s ready to have some fun and will bring the energy. This affectionate guy loves to shower you with kisses and will be your loyal sidekick through it all.

While he’s mostly relaxed, he can be a bit nervous around quick movements and loud noises, so a quieter, more patient environment would be ideal. If you're looking for a sweet, playful, and cuddly friend, Sage just might be the perfect match for you!
