Meet Harley, a super cute 8 month old male chihuahua/maltese mix! This sweet boy is not expected to get much bigger.

He is good with other dogs, people, and kids. He has not been cat tested, but we assume he would do well with cats.

"Learning more about Harley. He loves the attention of other dogs but is sometimes too much. He listens well when they are done with him though. He is super sweet and loves to be loved by people. Working on walking on a leash, he is getting better. Sleeps in his crate all night with no problems. He is a sweet boy that just wants love."

Harley is medically up to date (will be neutered prior to adoption), partially housebroken (he does mark some, which will likely improve once he is neutered), and crate trained. Apply to meet this sweet boy today! 

Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs.  We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted.  As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding!
