My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chico is about 4 years old and pretty friendly (especially for a chihuahua!). He weighs about 6.5 pounds. He seems to like other dogs and would probably ignore cats.

Chico is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, and started on monthly flea/heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $300 and you can apply to adopt at mpravl.org!

All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Contact the foster parent or Mountain Pet Rescue at pets@mpravl.org for more information.

Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.
