My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Panda is good with other dogs, cat curious, and good with kids but does like to play since he is still a puppy so kids over 8 recommended. Panda would thrive in a home with another active dog and work from home pawrents. Extremely smart. Needs stimulation. House trained & uses dog door. Current on all vaccinations.

Completed a one month board and train with the Colorado Dept of Corrections which allows owners weekly maintenance classes free of charge!

Panda and his pitbull friend found themselves abandoned on the streets of San Antonio, Texas. They were trying to take shelter from the brutal 100 degree summers underneath cars in an apartment complex. Instead of being shown compassion, one of the residents were threatening to end their lives! We found ourselves in a unfortunate position, after hearing how little the community was helping. A member of our foster program in Texas stepped up to help. He knows basic commands and LOVES toys! Even though he was born in Texas he is a Colorado dog at heart! Ready to live his best life and explore right along next to you! He is going to be a medium sized dog.

Submit foster application if you only wish to foster, and an adoption application if you wish to adopt or foster with the intent of adoption

Meet the Pet

After your app is submitted, we will reach out to have a conversation and schedule a time for you to meet the pet

Approve Application

If you decide to move forward after the meet and greet we will officially approve your application

4.
Take the Pet Home

After your app is approved, we will complete foster or adoption paperwork and you will take the pet home

Additional adoption info

We offer foster-to-adopt period of 2 weeks before finalizing the adoption to ensure that the animal is the right fit for you.
