Can you guess how I got my name? It's because I broke into someone's house to just chill. Hi, I'm Burglar, a 1- and 1/2-year-old mini pin mix. I have a record at the police for breaking and entering but I just wanted to find a safe place for the night. I got attacked by something, so I was scared and on edge. But with the calm and kind environment from the shelter, I realized they just wanted to help me. I've been recovering from my bite but now I'm ready for a new home. The shelter does recommend that I go into a home with older kids as the young ones might scare me.

Shelter open hours are Monday through Saturday 11 to 4 and Sunday 11 to 3. If you would like to visit the shelter to adopt at another time, call (928) 537-8009.

MISSION: Provide non-lethal solutions to pet over-population.
SOLUTION: To furnish professional, affordable spay/neuter programs and place pets in caring homes.

We operate a discount spay/neuter clinic for clients who are unable to afford full-service prices, our goal being to stop the excess population of pets before they end up in shelters. We also foster a limited number of pets.
