Chica is a sweet gal looking for her forever family. You see, her old owner passed away, leaving her with a lonely hole in her heart needing to be filled. Because she has lived in a home for most of her life, she likely already knows the rules of the home and should adjust nicely. She gets along with dogs of all shapes and sizes and probably would not mind having a human sibling around to play with either! Not sure how she is with cats but, Chica is so easy-going, she probably wouldn't mind having one around either. If you think your family can fill the lonely hole in Chica's heart, fill out an application and her foster family will reach out!

More about this rescue

Arizona Small Dog Rescue is a non profit registered 501(c)3 no kill rescue shelter. We are a group of volunteers who have dedicated our lives to rescuing and saving homeless, unwanted, abandoned, neglected, and abused small dogs. We save most of our animals from kill shelters around the valley, but also accept owner surrenders and stray surrenders. Owner surrender fee’s vary depending on space and availability. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, medically examine, microchip, and evaluate and/or socialize all dogs that come into our rescue before placing up for adoption to pre-screened homes. We rescue many dogs every week and always have a wide variety of personalities and breeds available who would be a perfect fit for any family and any home.
