Blu is the absolute sweetest guy in the world. Some awful person threw him in the door of our shelter with into a waiting room of people. Despite his horrible start and the way he was left like garbage, he is loving and affectionate. He loves attention, doesn’t mind other cats and will tolerate small dogs. He currently eats Purina one dry food and fancy feast wet food. We love Blu so much and we know there is someone out there who will love him and keep him forever!

More about this shelter

At Darbster Rescue, our goal is to place kittens, cats, and dogs with great, forever homes in New England. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH. We are here to help everyone look for the perfect match for themselves and their family.
