My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sasha is a delightfully loving cat who chirps, trills and purrs whenever she sees her person. Such a happy, inquisitive cat, full of love. When her foster mom puts food down, she often takes time to put her nose up for a kiss, and looks for pets even before she eats. Sasha loves to play and run around to explore. Sasha is full of love, and often gently rubs her face on your face and asks for kisses and pets. If you would like a cat who likes to be smothered in love and would return it tenfold, Sasha may be for you!
She is great with cats of all ages, but hasn’t been tested with dogs or young children. Sasha happily eats Costco Kirkland pate for cats and kittens and Purina one for kittens dry food.

More about this shelter

At Darbster Rescue, our goal is to place kittens, cats, and dogs with great, forever homes in New England. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH. We are here to help everyone look for the perfect match for themselves and their family.
