My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sheba had a dad that loved her dearly for 9 years. Three months ago her dad was rushed to the hospital for an emergency. Hoping that he would recover soon and come back home, Sheba was left along in the condo with someone only coming for 10 minutes a day to feed and clean her litter box. She was lonely and missing her dad.
Unfortunately her dad is not coming home, and she has a lost the only home and family she ever knew. She is now here with Darbster looking for a second chance to find her forever family. She loves to be with humans. She likes to be petted. She would prefer to be an only cat and have all the attention to herself.
**Will be ready to meet with starting Thursday 12/27**

More about this shelter

At Darbster Rescue, our goal is to place kittens, cats, and dogs with great, forever homes in New England. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH. We are here to help everyone look for the perfect match for themselves and their family.
