My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Evie and I love to be with people. I am still a kitten at around 10 months old. I'm waiting here for someone to come get me and take me home. I hope you have a warm lap and a soft chair for my cat naps. I'm quite happy when you pet me. I like to sit with you and watch what you are doing. I also have times that I'm content relaxing on my own. I've been told I'm very loving and affectionate. All I know is I love when people sit with me and pet me. I just feel like I'm melting into a puddle and everyone says Awwwww when I roll over. If you have a quiet home and you are looking for a kitty companion, will you come by to meet me out of my cage? I'm so happy when it is my turn for the cat volunteers to sit with me. I would prefer an adult home or a home with older children who will be gentle with me. Loud noises startle me sometimes.

You can visit me during the Animal Viewing Hours. Applications are accepted in person at the facility after you visit me out of my cage. You can call first to see if I'm still available:
