Hi, I'm Frankie! Let me be frank with you...when I was found as a stray I was all alone and a little scared of people. I can still a little shy, but once I warm up I'm super sweet and loveable. I will even sneak up and cuddle you when you least expect it! I'm playful and enjoy other kitties and children of all ages. I don't even mind dogs once I'm used to them. The Wichita Animal Action League, or WAAL, is an all-volunteer, licensed rescue and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created in November 2013 to advocate for all abused, neglected and abandoned animals in the Wichita, Kansas area. WAAL is an action oriented group dedicated to rescuing animals in crisis.
