Mary is the mother of this little family group, and is a 2 year old black Lab mix. She is small for her breed, so is a good medium size. She has continued to live with her 6 pups while at the shelter, so she is clearly a very tolerant and sweet-natured girl! Mary shows a quiet leadership amongst her pups. Currently, 5 of her pups remain available for adoption. Of them, Abigail, Deborah and Esther are black with white markings, very similar to their mother’s coloring. Eve is a light tan color, and is much shyer than her siblings. She will tend to hang back when someone new approaches, but also is so sweet once she knows you. Zachariah is the only male, and is light brown. He is a happy outgoing pup, and is more likely to check out people first. He is also more vocal, almost as if he is alerting the others in his pack to anything new. All of these pups, as well as mom Mary, are young and eager to learn. They simply need a loving home to let them reach their full potential as a wonderful companion for their family. So please go meet Mary and her “little lambs” today!
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.
