Vixie is a 10 month old Hound mix, whose radiant smile is sure to make you smile too! She is new to adoption, and has already shown herself to be sweet, friendly, and SO happy to be with people. Vixie is full of joy and affection, and would love to share it with her new family. She enjoys going on leash walks, getting pets from her favorite person, or simply soaking up the sun together.  As the pictures show, her smile is contagious … and even better, so is her joy. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
