M Pups Mandy and Mindy have a tragic story. The people who owned them were in a horrible accident. The wife died and the husband is in the hospital in serious condition. All of their dogs were sent to an over full high kill shelter so AFH jumped in to help.

The adoption process typically takes ~1 week. You will not take a dog home on the same day you meet him/her.

Additional adoption info

We require an adoption application to be filled out, an interview with one of our volunteers (this can be done at the adoption event), a home visit is required prior to the animal going to their new home.
