My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving!” Meet Einstein, a scruffy guy with a few extra smarticle particles. Not only did this boy survive on the streets before his rescue, but he settled easily into domestic life afterward. Einstein is well-behaved in his crate, perfect on a leash, and sweet towards other animals, too. We believe he must have had a home in the past, but he is currently in the process of finding a new family. As an Airedale Terrier mix, Einstein will carry his friendly, fearless nature in this new pursuit. He is a total lover boy and has a gentle approach. Plus, he’s fully grown and just…well…EASY! To sum it up, Einstein would make a welcome addition to any home provided he receives the care and attention that all dogs require. If you feel a pull to adopt our favorite genius, please place an application! Our theory is that he is relatively perfect!

More about this rescue

SNIPSA is an organization formed by a group of veterinarians and caring individuals dedicated to helping homeless and unwanted animals in San Antonio and the surrounding area. SNIPSA does not have a standing shelter and depends on a core of volunteers to foster and rehabilitate animals in their homes. This provides us with the opportunity to learn first hand about the animal’s needs and behavior in order to facilitate an appropriate adoption. SNIPSA was incorporated in 2005 and has re-homed more than 3000 animals.
