My name is Darlin!

Darlin is a very special boy who needs a special person. He has spent all of his 8 years indoors being adored by his previous owner who said he was very friendly and affectionate. Sadly, she had to move and couldn't take him with her. His whole life has been disrupted and he wasn't suited for shelter life, so two wonderful fosters have been showing him that he has better days ahead. He needed a quiet home where he could have lots of love, the time to adjust, and the opportunity to trust a new person. His current foster has shown him love on his terms. Once he realized he was safe, she found that he wanted to be where the people are. He still hides and is skittish, but can be brought out for petting and he loves couch time. He is on a special diet but he is absolutely worth it.
