My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Snoopy is a 3 year old Schnoodle that weighs about 21 lbs. Snoopy is a fun, loving, energetic, and protective little guy that wants to play and be with his people. Snoopy will need a family with kids 10 years and older. He gets overly excited and wants to chase kids and bark at them. He's also mouthy and an ankle biter. But its all done in fun to him! He just wants to play too. Snoopy will preferably need a fenced in yard, as he does like to run laps to get his energy out! He will also need a person/family that is willing to put in some extra work as he is not house trained. He would also benefit from some basic obedience training like walking on leash, stay, and come. Snoopy is crated trained and very food motivated! He does well with larger dogs, who respect him and want to play. He has not been around smaller dogs or cats.

More about this rescue

Friends of Rescue is a certified 501(c)(3) organization formed in 2009, consisting of volunteers who are devoted to saving shelter animals that are in danger of euthanasia. Southern shelters have a constant overflow of dogs and cats, little funding, and limited space. Once the animals arrive at the shelter, they have very little time. It is our goal to help save these adoptable animals and find loving individuals/families who will provide committed, FORever homes. We are NOT professional trainers or animal behaviorists; simply volunteers who are trying to save these animals from euthanasia. Each animal in our program is in a foster home and receives all age-appropriate vetting while in our care.
