My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Hunterdon but you can call me Hunter. I was saved from a terrible hoarding situation and it feels so good to feel clean and smell nice.

Through my terrible time at the hoarding house was upsetting, I remained a loveable and playful boy. I love to plop on my back and ask for belly rubs. I carry conversations, after all, I have so many stories to tell. Sometimes I am protective of my food. Please understand, I had to share food with many other cats and it made me nervous of running out of food. A little work and I should overcome it.

I'm looking for a family that will spoil me and provide me with toys. I enjoy playing!

We are a foster-based rescue and require an application and appointment to meet most of our pets.

We do have some of our cats at Petsmart in Bridgewater NJ that can be viewed during normal store hours.
