Meet, Cera! Cera came to us with her 2 brothers, Petrie (recently adopted) and Rooter (still looking). She is a very sweet girl that loves to socialize in the cat room with all her feline friends. She has a very beautiful gray coat and a very sweet disposition! We do allow foster to adopt homes. So, if you fall in love and want to become a forever home, you will have priority for adoption consideration! If you can offer a temporary foster home, please complete a foster application at ITVrescue.org.

All of our cats are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped and spayed or neutered.

We require all adopters to complete an application and pay an adoption fee. Adoption fees vary, but are usually $160 to $185. We may do a vet reference check and/or home visit.

It Takes A Village Rescue, Inc. is a non-kill 501(c)(3) rescue dedicated to doing what it takes to find loving homes for stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals, and to keep these animals safe and free from further suffering. Our mission is "To work as one in helping homeless animals irrespective of breed, location or circumstance." By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, veterinarians and partner rescues or shelters, we are able to rescue countless animals every year and provide them with loving temporary care as we work to find them well-matched forever homes. Although we do not discriminate based on breed, size or color, we have a particular interest in bully breeds, special medical needs, senior dogs, black dogs and other hard-to-place animals.
