My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lana-girl! A pretty little girl! As the smallest of the pack, she knows how to run things as needed; and we love it about her! Though she's about 3 months and just about 7 pounds, she's packed plump with personality! Once you breakthrough her hesitant approach- she is a serious snuggle, love, and kissing machine! Lana's favorite activity is definitely playing her version of tug, where you let her win and she runs away! She's also quite the sucker for treats of ALL sorts, so she's definitely been working on her tug technique! Lana is a sport for some cuddles, and it's almost like she just can't get close enough! A true velcro-puppy! She's a VERY smart little girl and she will no doubt make her adopting family SUPER happy! If you've dreamt of a petite pup who wants no more than snuggles, playtime, nap time, and treats- she's a PERFECT match!

We are a non-profit organization out of Monticello, IA specializing in the care for dogs and cats that need us. Our care does not stay local, as we take transports from all over the United States, and adopt all over as well!

Our mission's primary focus is to help reduce the homeless pet population by finding homes for spayed/neutered pets, and helping educate WHY this process is so important, and the proper way to care for pets!
