My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful boy is Otis 💙

We believe Otis is a Schnauzer/Poodle Mix (best guess). He is 5 1/2 months old and currently weighs 33 lbs. 💙

Otis is a happy playful pup with a good amount of energy (but not over the top crazy puppy energy).

He is very sweet, extremely smart, listens well, appears to be potty trained, and will go in a crate (but prefers to be near his people).

He loves to play outside and enjoys playing with his toys!
He loves food time, chewies, treats and the resident pups!

As mentioned, he also loves to be near his person, cuddling on the sofa and sleeping near them at night.

He will definitely need a backyard, a family that will give him plenty of exercise and another playful pup in the home 💙

If you would like to meet Otis, please submit an application!

More about this rescue

We are a 501c3 rescue located near Dallas, TX. We rescue pups from high kill/overcrowded shelters around the DFW area and also take in dumped dogs, strays and owner surrenders. We provide all of them with necessary veterinary care and then place them into loving foster homes until the perfect furever home is found for them (we do not have a boarding facility).

We will also educate the community on the importance of spaying and neutering their animals, along with other necessary annual vaccines and monthly heartworm and flea preventatives. This will include providing low cost/no cost locations around the area that they can utilize.
