My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Yes, all mutts are perfect. So what should we call it when someone like Tex comes along who blows up the curve for everyone else? This sweet, handsome guy just radiates happiness. He loves dogs, people, cuddles, snacks, and even bath time. When he’s feeling extra relaxed he’ll give you the generous gift of showing you his tongue. Wait for it… wait for it… bloop!

Here's some notes from his foster:

He’s a very sweet and snuggly pup. He loves attention from anyone or anything. He’ll put on the brakes and force you to stop if he see’s someone coming so he’ll get pets from a stranger. He’s so loving, protective, and confident.

Tex and I were on a walk once with my beagle and another person’s dog barked at us and Tex wanted to run to our defense immediately.

My beagle has a bit of separation anxiety so I put pet cams in my apartment so I can monitor her when I leave. One day I left to run errands and I checked the cameras and my beagle went to cry at the door and Tex waddled over to her and sat next to her and she stopped crying. It was top ten cutest things I’ve ever seen.
