My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi hi hi Humans I am FERNANDO!

And I am SO READY to find my own Nice Human People to make me a part of the family ♥️♥️

My life before I came to this rescue was pretty AWFUL. 😡
Someone kept me chained up 24/7 and starved me nearly to death! 😡😡
I was literally all bones with sores and a big hole in my foot, I only weighed 40 pounds and I should be at least 80 😭😭

This rescue heard how I was DUMPED at the pound in this most tragic condition and hot footed it over there, got me out and immediately to the vet where I was treated for WEEKS.

I have gained a good amount of weight (I'm at 70 pounds!) and I am SO HAPPY now 😁😁😁

I'm around 4 years old, an American Bulldog mix, and I'm so full of Happiness and Love, I'm very smart, goofy and learning manners and I'm house and crate trained too!

I am dog friendly but I'd do best in an adult only home and with someone with bully breed experience so I can stay on the right path with structure so I can continue to learn and become even more perfect than I already am. 😇

Whatever was done to me in the past, well that's all behind me, I have a BRIGHT future ahead of me, could that be with YOU?

If you think we are a good fit please go to www.bulliesandbuddies.com and fill out an application to ADOPT Me ok?

I am in the Southern CA area-sorry but my rescue does NOT adopt out of state

More about this rescue

Our Mission
To Rescue. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing Bullies and their other Buddy Breeds in Southern California.
Whether you are a lifetime advocate of Pit Bulls or new to our cause, we invite you to join us. Get Involved with fostering, volunteering, and sharing all of our adoptable loving dogs.
Rescuing is a Way of Life
Through training, love and patience, we have come to know and love each and every dog we've rescued as if they were ours. They're all little angels and we want them to succeed.
For this reason, we pledge to never take on more dogs than we can properly care for, exercise, train and bring to our dog adoptions.
