Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Lauryn is a 3 year old, 38 lb Golden Retriever/Poodle mix. She's been through several recent changes, so she may be a little anxious at first, but she settles in quickly. She gets along great with other larger dogs, but she may be a little much for small, more laid back dogs. Lauryn is very smart, and would benefit from additonal training so she can show off her smarts. She loves to play with toys and chew on Nylabones. Puzzle toys that will keep her mind busy are highly recommended. Lauryn is great with kids, but may be a little too active for toddlers. She still needs some leash training, but she will catch on quickly. The first step to meeting Lauryn is to submit your application, and one of our adoption counselors will contact you.

Additional adoption info
All potential adopters must fill out an application for the animal they want to adopt, which is available on our website. Humane Tomorrow does not do adoptions outside of the DFW Metroplex.
Our adoption fees are...
Cats:
$150 for most kittens and cats
Dogs:
$250-$300 for most puppies and dogs
The adoption fee helps to cover the costs of basic preventative care including spay or neuter, vaccines (including Rabies and virals), heartworm tests and preventative for dogs, FeLV/FIV tests for cats, in addition to extra medical care the animal may need, such as heartworm treatment, dental, or surgery. Often our adoption fees do not even cover costs for basic medical care the animals need, and are certainly cheaper than if all these procedures were covered by the owner.
Humane Tomorrow reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.
