Foster Home Feedback
** A dog-savvy cat only (Cat that knows how to deal with dogs)
2/7/2025 Foster Feedback: Gia has settled in, and her true colors are starting to shine!
Things she loves: Going for walks, yummy chews, sleepy mornings, and watching the squirrels.
Things she's working on loving: The cold weather (a warm jacket helps!), relaxing in her kennel, and spending time alone. We have started working on independent time in an enclosed room, and she’s handled that well!
She's continued to get along well with my dog, playing outside and taking turns with toys and food. She recently spent a weekend away with a larger male dog, and they were great together! During introductions, she may seem a little sheepish, but this girl is ready to bond with her person. So, if you love snuggles on the couch, adoring glances, and the bluest eyes, this sweetheart is for you!!
1/2/25 Foster Feedback: I’ve had Gia home for a couple days and she is such a good girl!! Don’t let her eyebrows fool you, she’s not as serious as she looks! Generally, she’s very calm. Gia enjoys playing with my dog, exploring her new surroundings, and generally being the sweetest soul. She’s a good listener and with some positive reinforcement, Gia will be so easy to train. We’re working on rewarding recall and making the kennel a cozy and safe space!
