Lucy Lou is a female Tabby kitten that is 10 weeks old and has special needs. She was born deformed and drags her back legs when she walks. She is also missing a couple toes. She gets around really well, and the vet doesn’t think she is in pain or that her legs need to be removed at this time. She is very sweet and affectionate and loves to sit on your lap and to be cuddled. She will need someone that has the time to give her the care that she needs
