Meet Delores! This pocket sized pooch is a 1 year old Maltese mix weighing a whopping 6lbs. ☺️ She will melt in your arms when it comes to pets and you'll often find her laying across your lap for her favourite....bum scratches. 😍
Delores has affectionately earned the nickname "Monkey" because she likes to climb. She can easily get herself out of a pen or over a baby gate so watch this feisty one a little closely. 😉 She's quite the explorer and has been found sleeping in toy boxes or hiding in the cubby holes of cat trees.
Delores is a bit shy when meeting new dogs but once she's comfortable, especially with small to medium sized dogs, she's happy! She's good with cats, not really giving them much attention but she definitely enjoys hanging out in their comfy spots. 😁
While Delores hasn't been formally tested with kids, older kids would likely be best, especially if pets and scratches are involved. This tiny princess gets nervous around lots of busy activity and loud noises.
Delores is new to walking on leash and still unsure what a leash is all about. While she isn't a high energy dog, Delores loves to walk and play beside you in the yard. Exploring her surroundings is always fun for her. ☺️
This good girl has no use for a crate. She's not a chewer and will find the coziest spot in the house to curl up in. She is pee pad trained and house trained and she knows to do her business outside. 👌
